Circa 2013, This Black Footed ferret mall was one of the civilizations built by the wealthiest ferrets in the 1970's, Not everything in this place is modernized, so basically only a few.
The Lamps and the Fences the ferrets installed are from the 70s, after the time when the Black-footed ferrets retrieved their wealth from the Prairie Dogs in the late 60's. The tramway was installed 15 years later. And it's all done by paying their taxes.
